Megan WatsonMegan Watson, P.A.-C

Megan Watson graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology. She received her physician’s assistant degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. There she underwent rotations in various surgical areas including general surgery, orthopedics, cardiothoracic and plastic surgery. Upon graduation, she joined New England Retina Associates assisting in retinal surgeries and treatment of macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and retinal detachments. In May 2009, she joined the Bariatric Team at St. Vincent’s Medical Center.

In addition to assisting the surgeons in the operating room, Megan is responsible for caring for patients in the hospital as well as pre-operative and post-operative patient education. She works regularly with the entire hospital staff on the specific needs and special care necessary to give patients an exceptional experience in starting their journey to a healthier life.
