- Unflavored protein powder
STAGE III Shopping List
- All foods and drinks from previous stages
- Eggs (scrambled)
- Chicken or turkey pureed or stage I baby foods
- Fish (pureed)
- Canned tuna or canned chicken, water-packed (pureed)
- Pureed fat-free or low-fat cottage cheese
- Potato (mashed, without skin or butter) or instant mashed potatoes without butter
